富贵包是怎么引起的?新加坡贡方堂TCM郁赛徒手揉开,告别厚重颈背

简单说,就是第七颈椎和第一胸椎交界的位置,因为长期低头、脖子前伸,骨头往前塌了,后面的棘突就翘了起来。身体为了稳住这块,就在后面堆脂肪、堆筋膜,越堆越厚,最后鼓成了包。所以富贵包不是胖,是骨头歪了,软组织为了维稳才堆起来的。

那怎么揉开?很多人去美容院拼命推,当时软一点,过几天又鼓回来——因为骨头的位置没回去,你光推外面的肉有什么用。

郁赛的调理思路很简单:先把错位的骨头扶正。他先用手摸,摸清楚哪一节颈椎往前塌了、哪边的筋膜拧在一起了,然后用非常轻柔的力度,顺着身体的方向,把那节突出来的骨头轻轻送回正位。骨头回去了,附着在上面的筋膜和脂肪才有机会慢慢散开。很多人调完当场就能感觉到脖子后面松了,包也平了一些。

当然,一次只能让骨头归位,回去还得改习惯——少低头、少看手机、枕头别太高、平时多收下巴靠墙站。这些动作比推拿管用。
