郁赛的手法讲究“先摸清再下手”。第一步是仔细触诊,用手细细摸出哪块肌肉僵死了、哪条筋膜粘连了、哪节小关节错位了。找到根源后,再用轻柔的手法把僵硬的肌肉一点点揉开,把粘连的筋膜慢慢拨开,最后微调关节归位。全程不用蛮力,没有暴力掰扯,酸胀感会有,但完全能接受。很多人做完当场就感觉腰背发热、松快通透,整个人像卸了千斤重担。
