脊椎侧弯曲的症状有哪些?新加坡贡方堂TCM整骨师郁赛纯手法温和矫正

很多人照镜子总觉得自己体态歪——一边肩膀高一边低,弯腰摸后背还能摸到一边鼓起来,久坐之后腰又酸又僵。其实这多半是脊柱侧弯找上门了。

站好之后明显双肩一高一低,骨盆歪向一侧,两条腿看着长短不一样;往前弯腰时后背左右不对称,一边凸起一块(也就是常说的“剃刀背”);日常容易腰酸僵硬,久坐、走路久了后背发沉,严重的还会胸闷气短、手脚发麻。

很多人单纯去按摩放松肌肉,按完舒服一两天,体态歪斜、酸痛还是老样子。根源就是脊柱椎体已经偏移旋转,光松肌肉没法归位。

  • 睡觉尽量睡偏硬床垫,少睡过软的席梦思,侧卧时两腿中间夹枕头,减轻腰椎拉扯;

  • 平时多靠墙站立,后脑勺、肩膀、臀部贴紧墙面,每天5分钟,慢慢养成挺拔体态;

  • 发现高低肩、后背不对称尽早干预,青少年骨骼可塑性强,越早调理恢复效果越好。
