肩膀疼痛手臂抬不起来怎么办?新加坡贡方堂TCM郁赛徒手调肩太舒服了

很多人一肩膀痛,就觉得自己得了肩周炎。其实大部分肩膀痛,根本不是肩周炎,是肩袖损伤、肌腱炎或者筋膜粘连。真正的肩周炎是肩膀像冻住了一样,自己抬不起来,别人帮你抬也抬不动。而大部分人的痛是“一抬就痛”或者“抬到某个角度就卡住”,这往往是被“筋”扯住了,而不是关节“冻”住了。

这些毛病怎么来的?你天天低头看手机、对电脑,肩膀一直往前耸着,后面的肌肉被拉得死死的,时间长了就劳损、发炎。还有一个常见原因,就是肩峰下的滑囊被反复挤压,产生炎症,抬手或者侧睡压到时就会特别痛,一压就加重。这时候你去猛甩胳膊、爬墙,反而会反复摩擦发炎的组织,越练越伤,疼痛越搞越严重。

那怎么办?新加坡贡方堂TCM的整骨师郁赛说,先停下来,别再甩胳膊了。他做的不是靠蛮力去掰,而是用手摸清楚你是哪个位置卡住了、哪条筋绷太紧了。判断清楚后,用轻柔的手法去松开那些绷紧的筋,等你不那么痛了,再帮你慢慢把关节活动开。

当然,不痛之后,也要注意纠正低头、含胸的姿势,避免长时间一个姿势不动,平常可以在不痛的范围内做些抬手、外展的温和活动,但前提都是“不痛”。
