肩周炎不只是肌肉酸痛。长期久坐、姿势不对、反复劳损,不光肌肉僵硬痉挛,肩关节、肩胛周边的小关节也容易错位。关节不正,筋肉一直紧绷拉扯,气血不通,粘连越来越重。这就是为啥好几年反反复复断不了根。

但也得提醒几个误区:
