肩膀内扣怎么矫正过来?新加坡整骨一哥郁赛徒手调理,肩开人挺拔

你有没有照镜子时发现:肩膀往前扣,脖子跟着探,后背圆圆的,整个人像缩在一起。穿什么都显得背厚、脖子短,明明不胖却看着虎背熊腰。你以为是姿态不好,拼命提醒自己“挺胸”,可挺不到五分钟又弹回去了。

肩膀内扣,医学上叫“圆肩”,根子在前面的胸大肌、胸小肌太紧了,后面的菱形肌、斜方肌中下束又太松、太没劲。一紧一松,像两根绳子,前面使劲拽,后面拉不住,肩膀就被拽到前面去了。

谁最容易这样?天天低头看手机、窝在沙发打游戏、上班对电脑一坐一天的人。时间长了,胸椎也跟着往后凸,人就越缩越厉害。

郁赛调理肩膀内扣,不靠死劲硬掰。他先用手摸你的锁骨、肩胛骨、胸椎,找到哪里卡住了、哪里缩成一团。然后手法很轻——先松解胸前僵硬的筋膜,把缩短的胸大肌慢慢拉长;再激活后背无力的肌肉,把跑偏的肩胛骨轻轻推回原位。整个过程不疼,甚至有点酸爽。

很多人调理完当场就变了:肩膀打开了,锁骨平了,脖子显长了,连呼吸都觉得顺了。

郁赛说,一次调理能帮你“归位”,但回去还得配合几个小动作巩固。比如双手在背后交握,肩胛骨往中间夹;或者靠墙站,后脑勺、肩膀、屁股、脚后跟贴墙,每天站五分钟。
