案例

陈女士受膝痛困扰 4 年,右膝肿胀酸痛,上下楼梯需要扶扶手,晨起膝盖僵硬难屈伸,辗转多处理疗、外敷药膏只能临时止痛。查体可见高低肩、腰椎 S 型侧弯、骨盆左倾,右腿短缩,正是脊柱侧弯引发下肢力线偏移,膝盖长期异常承压诱发疼痛。

  1. 先推拿松解腰背紧绷筋肉,疏通膀胱经与督脉淤堵,解除脊柱两侧肌群痉挛;
