中医如何综合调理:健脾和胃,标本兼治

1.精准方药:辨证施治的基石

健脾益气: 四君子汤、参苓白术散(适合气虚便溏)

温中散寒: 理中丸、附子理中丸(适合阳虚腹冷)

清热和胃: 清胃散、玉女煎(适合胃火口臭)

消食导滞: 保和丸、枳实导滞丸(适合食积腹胀)

疏肝和胃: 柴胡疏肝散、逍遥散(适合情绪引发的胃痛)

化湿醒脾: 平胃散、藿香正气散(适合苔腻困重)

滋养胃阴: 益胃汤、沙参麦冬汤(适合口干胃灼)

2.食疗养生:滋养于日常

饮食原则: 定时定量、细嚼慢咽;温度适中(忌冰饮暴食);烹饪以蒸、煮、炖为主。

宜常食:

健脾益气:小米、山药、南瓜、莲子、芡实、红枣

理气消胀:白萝卜、陈皮、佛手

温中散寒:生姜、桂圆、羊肉(适量)

滋阴生津:银耳、百合、莲藕、梨(炖)

慎食/忌食: 生冷瓜果(尤其空腹)、油腻油炸、辛辣刺激、过度甜食、糯米制品、产气食物(豆类、薯类需适量)。

医案

患者:刘女士,42岁。

自诉:脘腹胀满1月余,食后加重。情绪紧张,导致脘腹胀满,食后加重,伴有嗳气、矢气多,口干口苦,时烘热汗出,大便两日一行、质干量少、解之费力。舌暗红,苔黄,脉沉弦。

辨证:阳明少阳合病

治法:和解少阳,兼泻下阳明腑实

处方:柴胡10g,生大黄12g,枳实15g,生白芍20g,炒黄芩10g,法半夏9g,香附10g,生姜9g,大枣5枚。7剂,水煎服,日1剂。

反馈:药后诸症皆消。上方继服7剂,巩固疗效。
