每月那几天,总爱姗姗来迟?日历翻过预期日子,身体却毫无动静,小腹隐隐发凉,心头不免蒙上一层焦虑。新加坡贡方堂TCM丘保润医师指出,经期推后绝非小事,它常是身体发出的“能量告急”或“通路不畅”的信号。

月经为何会推迟?

1.气血不足,推动无力: 这是最常见的原因。就像河水需要足够水量才能按时流淌,月经也需要充盈的气血作为动力。若长期劳累、思虑过度、脾胃虚弱导致气血生化不足,或大病久病、失血耗伤了气血,胞宫(子宫)缺乏推动力,经血自然难以及时而下。这类女性常伴面色偏白或萎黄、易疲劳、头晕、经血色淡量少。

2.寒邪凝滞,血脉不通: “血得温则行,遇寒则凝”。过食生冷、衣着单薄受凉,或素体阳虚内寒,都易使寒气侵入胞宫血脉,就像河水遇冷结冰,血流不畅,经期必然推迟。这类情况往往伴有小腹发凉甚至冷痛,得热敷则缓解,经血中可能夹有暗紫血块。

3.气机郁结,通道受阻: 情志不畅、压力过大易致肝气郁结。肝主疏泄,负责调畅全身气机。肝气郁滞,则气行不畅,进而影响血的运行,胞宫气血壅堵,月经也就“堵车”迟到了。常表现为经前乳房胀痛明显、情绪烦躁或抑郁、经血排出不畅。

月经推迟如何调理?

1.虚则补之: 气血亏虚者,重在健脾益气、养血调经,常用当归、熟地、白芍、黄芪、党参等药材,从源头补充能量。

2.寒则温之: 胞宫虚寒者,核心是温经散寒、暖宫通脉,艾叶、肉桂、吴茱萸、炮姜等温性药物能驱散寒气,融化“冰封”。

3.郁则疏之: 肝气郁滞者,关键在于疏肝理气、解郁通经,柴胡、香附、郁金、川芎等能帮助解开气结,疏通道路。

生活调摄不可少:

避寒保暖: 尤其注意小腹、腰骶、双脚保暖,忌食生冷寒凉。

调畅情志: 学会减压放松,保持心情舒畅,避免长期郁闷焦虑。

规律作息: 保证充足睡眠,避免过度劳累耗伤气血。

适度运动: 如散步、瑜伽等温和运动,有助于气血流通。

医案

患者:方女士,29岁。

主诉:连续一年月经推迟5-10天,经量少、色暗有血块,伴有腰酸畏冷。

初诊:舌淡苔白,脉沉细。

辨证:阳虚宫寒证。

开放:温经汤基础方加减,避开经期连服21天。

结果:第1周期经期提前3天,血块减少;第3周期周期稳定在28±2天,畏寒症状消失。
