1.食疗优选「排水金三角」

茯苓薏米粥:茯苓 15g + 炒薏米 30g,晨起食用健脾胃

冬瓜芡实汤:带皮冬瓜 200g + 芡实 20g,晚餐前利水湿

忌口清单:冰淇淋 / 腌制品 / 酒精(加重脾肾负担)

2.穴位按摩

足三里(膝下 3 寸):拇指按压 3 分钟 / 侧,增强运化力

阴陵泉(胫骨内侧):点揉 5 分钟 / 日,加速水液代谢

3.中药代茶饮

经典方:黄芪 6g + 玉米须 3g + 陈皮 2g,沸水冲泡代茶

辨证:脾虚湿盛,气滞水停

治疗方案:1.内服方(五苓散加减):茯苓15g、白术12g、桂枝9g、泽泻10g,加黄芪20g(补气利水)、玉米须30g(增强利尿)

2.外治法:每日睡前艾叶煮水泡脚(水位过三阴交穴)。阴陵泉穴隔姜灸,每周3次。

3.饮食调整:

早餐:薏米山药粥

晚餐:冬瓜海带汤(少盐)

反馈:1周后:下肢肿胀减轻500%,按压凹陷恢复加快
